“I'm new to Reno, so when my car started running funny and the dreaded check engine light came on, I had no idea where to take it. I did some research and fortunately, Nick's was right down the street and had good reviews. When I got there I was nothing less than impressed. Everyone was very professional and friendly, and I got my car back the same day. My car knowledge is pretty limited, and if I had any questions they were explained in layman's terms without any condescension. You don't normally want to come back to a mechanic - but if I do end up needing to, I'll be coming back here.”
