Completely Satisfied with my Automotive Service in Reno

“I am very nervous about using private auto shops and being fairly new to town I was unfamiliar with who was good and who was not. I googled auto shops, and Nick's Automotive came up with a stellar review. Trusting the previous reviews and comments I called Nick's Automotive, and right away was able to take my car in. After less than an hour (and that was even after looking for a part that my car needed) I was on the road. Tony was GREAT! he explained everything to me that they were doing, AND in addition to explaining what they were doing, gave me options. I didn't feel forced or tricked into anything. Since that first time approximately three months ago, I have taken my car there again and once again was completely satisfied with the service. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs automotive service. For those not comfortable with dealers, and auto maintenance people I would also highly recommend Nick's, I can tell you I am much more comfortable now having my car worked on.”
