I am very nervous about using private auto shops and being fairly new to town I was unfamiliar with who was good and who was not. I googled auto shops, and Nick's Automotive came up with a stellar review. Trusting the previous reviews and comments I called Nick's Automotive, and right away was able to take my car in. After less than an hour (and that was even after looking for a part that my car needed) I was on the road. Tony was GREAT! he explained everything to me that they were doing, AND in addition to explaining what they were doing, gave me options. I didn't feel forced or tricked into anything. Since that first time approximately three months ago, I have taken my car there again and once again was completely satisfied with the service. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs automotive service. For those not comfortable with dealers, and auto maintenance people I would also highly recommend Nick's, I can tell you I am much more comfortable now having my car worked on.

Nick's Automotive provides excellent customer service, as well as, follow-up and down-home personalized service. I went back again to ask a question about general maintenance and Tony remembered me by my first name and even said hi. I know that's not saying much but to remember your customers is a key component to a successful business and that's just what Nick's Automotive is. My repair was done with professional service and was very prompt. My vehicle was returned to me as promised by date and I couldn't be any happier. It's hard when you have to worry about a repair but Nick's Automotive dispels all of the worries with the confidence in knowing that the repair will be done not only up to par but above all expectations. I would highly recommend Nick's Automotive because the shop is trustworthy and that's rare when it comes to finding a good automotive repair shop.

I brought my stratus in before a big road trip. Tony was super nice and honest with everything my car needed to be done. He flushed all the fluids in my car including giving me a new radiator so I would be safe on my trip. I really appreciated the honesty and genuine care Tony has for all of his clients. This place is awesome and if I need anything else done this will be my new auto shop!
